• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Certain items like food products and personal care items cannot be returned once opened

3. Ship items back using tracked shipping
4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
